
Ross’ advanced post-graduate education in orthopaedic manual therapy and medical acupuncture provide specialized training that allows for hands on techniques and advanced problem solving skills to more accurately assess and treat individual or complex joint, muscle and movement disorders.
Ross has provided physiotherapy and training support for athletes in many sport disciplines. Ross has provided sports therapy services for the Victoria Commonwealth Games, Victoria Track Classic, Victoria Marathon, Skate Canada, BC Winter Games, James Bay Athletic Association, and World Club Basketball Championship in Brazil.
Ross has guest lectured at the University of Victoria (core stabilization), numerous running clinics and postural correction/injury prevention workshops. He has supervised several placements for physiotherapy students during their orthopaedic practicum’s. He has co-authored “Physiological Principles of Conditioning” in Scientific foundations and principles of practice in musculoskeletal rehabilitation (2007).
